EasyOS Excalibur-series version 7.4.11

A few essential fixes since Easy 7.4.10:

• Support Apple filesystems — September 23, 2026
• Chromium 153 displays capital U as lowercase u — September 23, 2026
• Easy Installer bug fix
• de, ru, translations
• Chromium 154.0.8037.92
