Non-English fix for EasyDD

EasyDD has turned out to be a very popular CLI and GUI tool for writing image files, including *.img, *.img.gz and *.iso files, to a USB stick. Here is the original blog post when I first wrote it:

Puppy Forum member 'GuillaumeD' posted that it is broken for non-English users. I have replied with a fix:

The kind of bug that I miss, as usually only test for English, so thanks for reporting that.
