Uncluttering the Shutdown menu

I posted here a snapshot of the Shutdown category of the menu:

Forum member 'scsijon' commented that it may be becoming too cluttered. And confusing for newcomers. Yes, I can see that. I could put separating rulers, consistent with the rest of the menu:

Or, instead of rulers, cascade, with "Special..." and "Debug..." titles to clarify what each sub-section is for:

I think that the second choice is best.
