New redshift tray app

There is a long history of these screen tint and brightness control packages. See this post:

Easy 6.119 has 'brightness-control' tray applet.

However, good news, SteveS in the forum has tackled fixing and improving 'rshift-tray', see forum post:

Great news, it will be in the next release of Easy Excalibur, replacing brightness-control. I have kept Dcontrol in the menu.
