StreamTuner2 in Easy Excalibur

On the "home run" to Easy Excibur 7.0-final, fixing a few things, and looking at any final changes...

We have PupRadio, in the Multimedia menu. This was created a long time ago by Mick (01micko in the forum). Very simple and tiny, works OK, so I'll leave it in. It has the option to record, using 'Precord', which is a problem, as cannot get recording to work. Precord is also ancient; I played with the script, but it is complicated and will require considerable time investment to figure out.

So, have removed Precord from the built-in package list; now Pupradio will still work, but won't offer to record.

We need a nice streaming audio GUI, with recording capability, and the work has already been done in Easy Scarthgap; see these blog posts:

StreamTuner2 is in the Devuan/Debian repository; however, as-is it requires some fixes. WoofQ2 has woofq2/builtin/deb/fixes folder, where fixes can be applied to any .deb when it is installed.
There is now woofq2/builtin/deb/fixes/streamtuner2 folder.

Have tested, works good, and recording works. Both streamripper and streamtuner2 will be in the next release of Easy Excalibur.
